Before you write

I can’t find my album link.

Log in to your account and open My albums. Every album has a Share button that shows the link and QR code again.

A guest’s upload failed. What should they do?

Ask them to check their internet connection and try again with fewer photos at once. Uploads resume automatically when the connection returns.

Can I get a refund?

If something went wrong with your event album, email us within 14 days of the event and we will make it right.

Do you offer plans for photographers or planners?

Yes. The Pro plan covers multiple albums with your own branding. For larger volumes, write to us for a custom quote.
