Keep your own copies
We use reliable storage and backups, but no system is perfect. We strongly recommend that hosts download their album once the event is over. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of photos or videos.
User-uploaded content
Photos, videos and comments in an album are uploaded by hosts and their guests, not by AddMyPics. We do not review content before it appears and we are not responsible for it. The person who uploads content is responsible for having the right to share it and for making sure it is lawful.
If you see content that is illegal, harmful, or uploaded without consent, report it to [email protected] and we will review it promptly.
Album sharing and privacy
Anyone with an album’s link or QR code can view and upload to it, unless the host turns on a PIN or approval. Hosts are responsible for how and with whom they share their album. We are not responsible for how people who receive the link use it.
